Pent Assemblies Custom Molding acquisition of Pent
Plastics merged the Group Dekko molding capabilities into a single
entity - Pent Custom Molding. The result is a full service source
for insert, injection and over molding as well as value added operations
such as printing, decorating, sonic and vibration welding as well
as assembly.
As an experienced molder serving multiple industries including
Appliance, Lighting, Office Furniture, Medical and Consumer Products
we utilize a variety of resins including engineering grade, UL listed,
UV stabilized, high temperature and optic grade acrylics and polycarbonates.
Our press capability is inclusive from 75 to 1200 tons with shot
capacity from 2 ounces to 16 pounds.
In addition to the wide range of capabilities Pent Custom Molding
holds certifications from several outside sources and agencies:
