I. APPLIANCE

We have a long history with the Appliance industry. As Pent Plastics we began supplying insert molded lampholders to the refrigeration industry over 30 years ago. We have UL listed lampholders and are a UL recognized molder. Some of the products and services include:

White Goods –

UL listed medium, intermediate and candelabra lampholders for refrigeration applications.
Custom molded lamp holders, components and assemblies for electrical and mechanical applications for refrigeration and laundry.
Color matched, high gloss, aesthetic custom injection molded components.
Our customer base includes major OEM appliance manufacturers such as
Electrolux, Maytag and Whirlpool and Sub Zero.

Commercial Refrigeration –

UL listed lampholder models, custom lampholders, components and assemblies
for display cases, freezers and coolers.

Food Service –

Custom plastic products for warming tables, coffee brewers, and beverage dispensers. Our products have been used in fast food facilities such as Burger King and Dairy Queen and in well known products such as those manufactured by Bunn.

HVAC

Plastic insert, injection and over molded custom components to meet specific application requirements.

II. OFFICE FURNITURE

We have served major OEM Office Furniture Industry for example Herman Miller, Steelcase and Haworth, for many years providing a variety of plastic products and assemblies developed for specific customer applications. Many of the products require UL compliance and are custom color matched. These components typically have highly critical surface and appearance requirements. Products supplied include:

Housings and covers for power distribution systems
End panels, and components for office storage
Highly aesthetic color matched trim, caps, covers and accessories
Lenses and covers for lighting applications
Chair components

As a supplier to Tier II transportation companies we have expertise molding various engineering grade resins for specialty components and assemblies supplied to this industry.

V. MEDICAL

Covers, lenses, case housings, handles and assemblies molded for specific customer applications. Plastic products and assemblies provided to the medical industry often require custom color matching, close tolerances and stringent appearance requirements.

VI. LIGHTING

We are very proud of our expertise molding highly cosmetic custom components and assemblies for this industry. Many of the lenses and refractors are highly polished clear polycarbonate or acrylic optic grade products. We also join plastic lighting components using vibration welding to provide completed assemblies. Our materials and sizes range from a 1” x 3” polycarbonate lens to a 30” diameter cover.
